NEW LIBERTY RESERVE WEBSITE IS OPERATIONAL
It appears that the American efforts to shut down the unlicensed virtual currency entity, Liberty Reserve, have resulted in the company reinventing itself in another jurisdiction. Readers have reported that the new website, www.libertyreserve.cz/ is operational, and that they have already been able to do business online there.
Check it out yourself; and I trust that the US Department of Justice finds a way to shut down the website in the Czech Republic forthwith.
