WHY NO RECORD OF CHICHAKLI PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE ?
The court docket in Richard Chichakli's New York Federal case indicates
that the pre-trial conference was scheduled for 28 May, 2013, but there
are no pleadings filed to indicate what occurred, nor has the case been
set for trial. There are no pleadings filed, sealed or otherwise, since
25 May.
There has also been no Notice of Appearance filed on behalf of
Chichakli, by ant defence counsel. I leave it to you to draw your own
conclusions.
